Qualifications and Experience – Pharmacist (Kakamega)
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board and in possession of a valid practicing license.
Minimum of two (2) years' post-registration experience in a hospital pharmacy, including practical experience managing pharmacy operations.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience will be considered an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of pharmacotherapy, pharmaceutical care, medication safety, and rational medicine use.
Good understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and regulatory compliance requirements.
High standards of integrity, professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in hospital information systems (HIS) and computerized pharmacy management systems.
Qualifications and Experience – Clinical Officer (Anaesthetist)
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from a recognized institution.
Higher Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery (Anaesthesia).
Registered and licensed by the Clinical Officers Council with a valid practicing license.
Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
At least two (2) years of experience administering anaesthesia in a busy hospital environment.
Strong knowledge of anaesthetic techniques, airway management, patient monitoring, perioperative care, and emergency response procedures.
Excellent clinical decision-making, communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications and Experience – Critical Care Nurse
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Diploma in Nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) from a recognized institution.
Higher Diploma in Critical Care Nursing.
Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK) and in possession of a valid practicing license.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU), High Dependency Unit (HDU), Emergency Department, or a similar critical care environment.
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, patient management, communication, and teamwork skills.
Qualifications and Experience – Pharmaceutical Technologist
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
Valid registration and practicing license issued by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a hospital, pharmacy, warehouse, or pharmaceutical supply chain environment.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products, inventory management, dispensing practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Excellent communication, patient counseling, and interpersonal skills.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Qualifications and Experience – Pharmacist (Siaya)
Applicants should possess the following qualifications and competencies:
Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board with a valid practicing license.
Minimum of two (2) years' post-registration experience in a hospital pharmacy, including experience managing pharmacy operations.
Supervisory or leadership experience will be considered an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, pharmaceutical care, medication safety, and evidence-based pharmacy practice.
Sound understanding of pharmacy operations, stock management, and regulatory compliance.
High standards of integrity, accountability, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Proficiency in hospital information systems and computerized pharmacy management software.
