Key Responsibilities
Manage driver onboarding and facilitate induction sessions covering company policies, procedures and platform operations.
Develop and coordinate ongoing training initiatives focused on professionalism, safety and excellent customer service.
Establish positive relationships with drivers through consistent communication and retention initiatives.
Collect driver feedback and communicate key insights to management to support operational improvements.
Act as the main contact for driver concerns, payment-related issues and trip disputes.
Track driver performance indicators such as trip acceptance rates and customer ratings and provide appropriate coaching.
Communicate, explain and verify performance expectations, incentive schemes and available earning opportunities.
Work closely with customer support and operations teams to resolve service challenges and monitor driver availability trends.
Ensure drivers comply with company policies, safety requirements and applicable local regulations.
Identify cases of non-compliance or disciplinary concerns and escalate them for appropriate management action.

Business Development Representative – Security Surveillance, IT & Business Solutions Technology

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, project owners, property developers and security managers within the built-environment sector.
Identify and monitor construction projects at early stages and engage relevant stakeholders to position electronic security and safety solutions.
Represent the organization at industry events, networking sessions, site visits and other forums that can increase market visibility.
Generate, identify and qualify business leads before coordinating their handover to presales and design teams for solution development and quotations.
Keep CRM records for business relationships and opportunities accurate and up to date for weekly review sessions.
Research competitors, upcoming tenders and market developments and provide relevant intelligence to management.
Achieve agreed business development and sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Business, Marketing, ICT or a related discipline.
2–3 years of proven B2B business development or relationship management experience, preferably within security, ICT or green energy sectors.
An established professional network involving consultants, architects, quantity surveyors or project owners is highly desirable.
Strong networking, communication and presentation skills.
Ability to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take full responsibility for assigned targets.
Cost Accountant

Key Responsibilities
Monitor project expenditure as it occurs and compare actual, committed and projected costs against approved budgets.
Identify budget overruns, cost variances and declining margins at an early stage.
Prepare cost-to-complete projections and highlight potential losses or financial risks.
Provide project managers with timely financial information to support corrective measures and accountability.
Monitor the profitability of individual projects and provide management with an overall view of project portfolio performance.
Record and analyze material, labour, installation, procurement and overhead expenses to support standard and actual costing.
Manage month-end cost reconciliations, journal entries, COGS monitoring and cost reporting.
Prepare monthly reports covering costs, profitability and management information.
Work with Procurement, Operations and Project teams to identify opportunities for reducing costs and improving expense controls.
Maintain accurate costing information within ERP and accounting systems.
Provide support during internal and external audits.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
CPA, ACCA, CMA or an equivalent professional qualification, or demonstrable progress toward one, is required.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in cost accounting or project cost management.
Practical experience in project or product costing, inventory reconciliation, cost allocation, variance analysis and margin monitoring.
Experience working collaboratively with Finance, Procurement, Operations and Project teams.
Proficiency in ERP and accounting systems.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Zoho is an added advantage.
Strong numerical, variance analysis and root-cause investigation abilities.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
Electrical Technician

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose electrical faults and carry out appropriate troubleshooting, repairs or replacement of defective components and units.
Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment and circuits to identify safety risks, maintenance requirements and outdated wiring that may need replacement.
Install and execute wiring for lighting systems, internet connectivity, distribution boards, switches, low-voltage panels and alarm systems in accordance with technical standards.
Perform planned preventive maintenance on machinery to support efficient operations and minimize equipment breakdowns.
Report equipment breakdowns and communicate required materials, tools and resources to the supervisor during shifts.
Safely use, operate and maintain assigned tools and equipment while following all applicable safety procedures.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical & Instrumentation, preferably, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or Mechatronics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial or process plant environment.
Experience working in a food processing plant or a similar environment is an added advantage.
Willingness to work shifts and respond to equipment breakdowns when required.
