Key Responsibilities
Ensure all activities and warehouse operations are conducted according to company directives, procedures, and rules.
Provide daily, ten-day, and monthly updates on lubricant stock levels and ensure warehouse documentation is properly maintained and current, including stock cards and picking list records.
Ensure daily stock reports are submitted within the required timelines and that stock cards are updated accurately and promptly.
Conduct daily stock spot checks to verify inventory accuracy.
Oversee warehouse equipment and promptly report defects while maintaining records of scheduled maintenance checks for forklifts and other equipment.
Ensure forklifts are used efficiently to improve productivity and reduce equipment downtime.
Ensure truck loading and offloading activities are completed efficiently and within the required timelines.
Ensure all stock movements are supported by properly approved SAP documentation.
Schedule customer loading fairly on a first-come, first-served basis or according to instructions from the dispatch team, depot accountant, or depot manager.
Coordinate the return of NCPs to designated disposal agents to minimize their accumulation in the warehouse.
Coordinate ten-day, monthly, and quarterly stocktaking exercises as required.
Maintain proper housekeeping and organize the warehouse and yard to maximize available space.
Lead toolbox meetings for warehouse staff and third-party drivers.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business-related field.
At least 2 years of experience in warehousing or depot operations.
Good knowledge of petroleum products and stock management.
Supply and logistics skills are an added advantage.
Strong teamwork and analytical abilities.

HSSEQ
Participate in contractor training on HSSEQ requirements, including worksite safety training, to promote safe working practices.

Support the implementation and maintenance of certifications such as ISSSRS and address improvements arising from Internal Audits, EDOC, TRA, and Safety Tours audits.
Projects
Develop preliminary designs, prepare project scopes, specifications, and tender documents, and ensure assigned projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
Supervise project implementation in accordance with established procedures and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Front Office & Customer Service
Respond to customer enquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department or officer.

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional.

Experience dealing with customers and visitors in a professional setting is desirable.
Additional training in customer service, office administration, or telephone etiquette is an added advantage.
