JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Marketing Officer will drive membership acquisition, business development, product sales, and member engagement to support sustainable growth. The position will focus on bringing in new member organizations and individuals, increasing the use of BOSA and FOSA products, strengthening retention and reactivation efforts, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. The role will also provide day-to-day supervision and direction to Relationship Officers and Sales Agents while using market and performance information to improve business results and member value.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development and Growth
Identify prospective member organizations and individuals within assigned markets and sectors and convert suitable prospects into members.
Develop and implement focused acquisition activities aimed at achieving membership and business growth objectives.
Sales and Product Uptake
Promote the uptake of BOSA and FOSA products by understanding member requirements and identifying appropriate sales opportunities.
Follow up on prospects and leads while supporting cross-selling activities to achieve assigned sales targets.
Market Expansion
Research new opportunities for increasing the SACCO’s market presence and share within designated sectors.
Use market research, customer feedback, and competitor information to determine priority growth areas.
Member Retention and Reactivation
Monitor member activity to identify inactive accounts and potential membership attrition.
Develop and implement targeted initiatives to retain, re-engage, and reactivate members.
Ensure dormant accounts are followed up appropriately and that required reports are submitted on time.
Member Organization and Relationship Management
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with member organizations, their representatives, and other key stakeholders.
Strengthen relationships to increase member participation, product usage, and long-term business growth.
Strategic Partnerships
Identify and develop partnerships that can expand access to new markets and enhance the value offered to members.
Support partnerships that create opportunities for membership acquisition, product sales, and overall business growth.
Marketing Campaigns and Member Engagement
Plan and implement targeted marketing campaigns, member education sessions, AGMs, and regional activation activities.
Ensure these initiatives contribute to member acquisition, product awareness, engagement, and retention.
Events Management
Coordinate SACCO events from initial planning through execution while managing agreed objectives, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder requirements.
Conduct post-event assessments and prepare reports covering attendance, engagement, leads, and resulting business opportunities.
Team Supervision and Sales Support
Guide, coach, supervise, and monitor Relationship Officers and Sales Agents.
Provide direction on prospecting, customer acquisition, and sales activities.
Track individual and team performance against agreed objectives.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Monitor and analyze performance relating to membership growth, sales, product uptake, retention, reactivation, campaigns, and partnerships.
Prepare timely management reports and recommend corrective measures where results fall below expectations.
Brand and Marketing Resources
Ensure SACCO branding is consistently reflected across marketing materials and member-facing activities.
Plan and manage the effective use of marketing materials, assets, and other resources.
Policy and Departmental Support
Support the implementation of relevant membership and marketing policies and procedures.
Assist the Marketing & Business Development Manager with departmental planning, budgeting, and execution.
Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration/Management, Commerce (Marketing), Entrepreneurship, or an equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leadership position within sales or business development.
Membership in a relevant professional organization such as MSK or CIM.
Proficiency in computer applications and experience working with CRM and ERP systems.
Previous experience within a SACCO, bank, or other financial institution.

JOB PURPOSE
The Foundation Project Officer will oversee the Foundation’s activities and coordinate its daily operations to ensure programmes and assigned initiatives are implemented effectively.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate Foundation programmes, activities, and other responsibilities assigned by the SACCO CEO.
Maintain timely communication and coordination with agencies, business partners, Foundation Board members, SACCO members, employees, and relevant government or public institutions on Foundation matters.
Provide administrative and operational support to Foundation Board committees and facilitate implementation of approved Board resolutions.
Coordinate the execution of the Foundation’s strategic objectives and day-to-day operational priorities.
Lead the planning, recording, coordination, and implementation of fundraising initiatives.
Oversee programme monitoring, evaluation, documentation, and reporting.
Develop and strengthen partnerships while supporting the Foundation’s communication and visibility activities.
Prepare monthly progress updates and compile consolidated quarterly reports.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations relevant to Foundation operations and provide management and Board with regular updates.
Assist with supervising external service providers engaged by the Foundation.

POSITION SUMMARY
Kimisitu DT Sacco Limited is recruiting motivated and target-driven Regional Sales Agents to support business growth in the Kisumu region. The position involves acquiring new members, maintaining relationships with existing members, promoting SACCO products, and supporting retention and business development activities. The Sales Agent will serve as an important link between the SACCO and its members while contributing to regional sales objectives.

POSITION SUMMARY
Kimisitu DT Sacco Limited is looking for self-driven and results-focused Regional Sales Agents to strengthen its sales and member engagement activities in Mombasa and Nakuru. The role involves attracting new members, supporting existing members, promoting SACCO products, and contributing to regional business growth. Sales Agents will build and maintain member relationships while helping the SACCO achieve its recruitment, retention, and product uptake objectives.

Prospect for new customers and follow up on referrals and identified sales leads.
Conduct sales activation and customer outreach activities throughout the assigned region.
Recruit new SACCO members while observing all applicable KYC and due diligence requirements.
