Qualifications & Experience – Human Resource Officer
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
CHRP certification will be an added advantage.
Valid membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is preferred.
Minimum of three (3) years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws and Human Resource best practices.
Experience managing payroll processes and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities – Wood Production Supervisor (Juja)
Supervise and coordinate daily wood production operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the required timelines.
Plan, assign, and monitor work for production staff to maximize efficiency.
Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Minimize material wastage and drive continuous process improvement.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of woodworking machinery.
Enforce workplace safety, health, and housekeeping standards.
Monitor raw material consumption and finished goods output.
Qualifications & Requirements – Accountant
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Practical experience using QuickBooks is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Preference will be given to candidates who:
Reside in Karen or the surrounding areas.
Are available for immediate employment.
Qualifications & Requirements – Accounts Assistant
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory.
Minimum of one (1) to two (2) years of relevant accounting experience.
Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Available to join immediately.

Key Requirements – Technical Sales Assistant (Entry Level)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related technical discipline.
Basic understanding of electrical and electronic components, with the ability to interpret simple electrical schematics.
Willingness to learn about dispensing systems, automation equipment, and programmable technologies.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prepare job cards, service reports, and maintain accurate technical documentation.
Commercial awareness and an interest in technical sales and customer relationship management.
Self-driven, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth.
Willingness to travel for field assignments and work across different customer sites.
