Job Summary
The successful candidate will oversee the daily stores function, supervise the stores team, maintain reliable inventory records, coordinate the receipt and release of goods, and ensure stock levels are properly controlled. The role also requires compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and efficient warehouse practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the stores team by assigning duties, supporting staff development, monitoring performance, and resolving routine operational matters.
Keep inventory records accurate and up to date, covering receipts, issues, stock balances, and reorder points.
Carry out regular physical stock checks and reconciliations, investigate variances, and monitor ageing, slow-moving, and obsolete items.
Supervise the receipt, documentation, storage, and dispatch of goods within the required timelines.
Maintain clean, orderly, secure, and clearly labelled storage areas to facilitate easy identification and access to stock.
Ensure stores activities follow company policies, operational procedures, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Prepare management reports covering stock levels, movements, discrepancies, shortages, and other inventory matters.
Monitor health, safety, and environmental practices within the stores area and ensure employees comply with the required measures.
Assist with employee disciplinary matters and escalate serious or unresolved issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Stores Management, or a related discipline.
3–5 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stores operations, preferably with supervisory exposure.
Sound understanding of stock control, goods receiving and issuing, inventory documentation, and reconciliation procedures.
Experience tracking reorder levels, ageing stock, slow-moving items, and obsolete inventory.
Good knowledge of warehouse organisation, documentation, and records management.
Understanding of occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
Strong supervisory, organisational, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with close attention to detail.

Job Summary

Job Summary
This position combines operations room monitoring with first-line IT support. The successful candidate will maintain situational awareness, manage incident communications, keep operational records, and support the functionality and security of the Ranch’s network and Microsoft 365 environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor radio communications, EarthRanger, TRBOnet, and other operational platforms to maintain real-time awareness.
Coordinate communications relating to security, wildlife, medical, and environmental incidents and escalate situations to the appropriate teams.
Maintain comprehensive incident records, operational logs, reports, and effective shift handovers.
Perform routine inspections of communication and monitoring equipment and report faults promptly.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and access points, including basic network configuration tasks.
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licences, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive while providing first-line technical support to employees.
Maintain records for IT hardware and software licences, support basic cybersecurity measures, document technical issues, and coordinate unresolved problems with external IT providers.
Qualifications and Experience
Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Networking, Computer Science, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an operations room, communications, IT support, or security operations environment, with knowledge of radio procedures.
Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, subnetting, and wireless networking, together with hands-on troubleshooting experience involving network devices.
Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, user accounts, permissions, and licences.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, Huawei HCIA-Datacom, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals are advantageous.
Strong English and Kiswahili communication abilities, sound troubleshooting skills, and excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Automotive Management, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in automotive operations, commercial vehicles, fleet sales, dealership operations, sales coordination, or a similar environment.
Good understanding of vehicle sales administration, invoicing, logistics, registration, and delivery procedures.
Experience handling deal files, contracts, OEM compliance, tenders, or fleet sales will be an advantage.
Strong Excel, reporting, administrative, organisational, and analytical capabilities, with experience using CRM, ERP, DMS, or automotive sales systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with strong attention to detail, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
