Qualifications & Requirements – Driver
Valid Kenyan driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category to be operated.
PSV certification where applicable to the role.
Minimum of three years' professional driving experience.
Good knowledge of Nairobi roads, airport routes, and surrounding areas.
Clean driving history with a strong commitment to road safety and defensive driving practices.
Basic knowledge of vehicle inspections, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting minor mechanical issues.
Excellent customer service, communication, and personal grooming standards.
Reliable, punctual, calm under pressure, and willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
Qualifications & Requirements – On-Call Tailor
Proven practical skills in tailoring, garment alterations, and clothing repairs.
Previous experience handling staff uniforms, corporate wear, or workwear will be an added advantage.
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and quality workmanship.
Honest, dependable, and capable of managing assignments within agreed timelines.
Flexible and available to respond promptly whenever tailoring services are required.
Professional attitude with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements – Front Desk Agent
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Front Office Operations, or a related discipline.
At least two years of practical experience in a hotel front office or guest services role.
Working knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS).
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of hotel reservations, billing procedures, and payment processing.
Well-organized, professional, and able to remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent telephone etiquette, interpersonal skills, and professional appearance.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Demonstrates behaviours that align with the organization's brand values.
Key Responsibilities – Housekeeping & Public Areas Supervisor
Supervise daily housekeeping activities and inspect guest rooms as well as public areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are maintained.
Assign duties to housekeeping staff and provide guidance to ensure efficient service delivery.
Ensure guest rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for occupancy within scheduled timelines.
Coordinate closely with the Front Office, Laundry, and Maintenance teams to support smooth hotel operations.
Monitor the availability and proper use of linen, cleaning supplies, and housekeeping equipment.
Respond to guest requests promptly and report maintenance issues for timely resolution.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, safety, and service quality standards throughout the property.
Qualifications & Requirements – Chef de Partie (Banquets & Meetings)
Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Production, or a related field.
Minimum of three years' experience in banquet operations, event catering, or high-volume food production, preferably within a four- or five-star hospitality environment.
Strong culinary skills, including food preparation, presentation, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure while meeting strict production schedules and service deadlines.
Good leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Demonstrates professionalism and behaviours consistent with the organization's brand values.
