JOB PURPOSE - Credit Manager – Micro Group Lending & Agri-business Loans
This role involves managing a wide range of areas including micro-groups, farmers, dairy cooperatives, Agri-Business, and climate-smart agriculture projects.
The person in this position will lead strategically, develop new products for agricultural and micro-group loans, handle credit risks, and work with different stakeholders to improve the SACCO's effectiveness in micro-group lending and the agricultural sector.
JOB PURPOSE - System Auditor
The Systems Auditor is important for protecting Tower SACCO Society's information systems and business processes.This role helps find risks, check the effectiveness of controls, and make sure everything follows the necessary rules.The auditor provides an independent review to ensure the organization's internal controls are strong and reliable.
JOB PURPOSE - Audit Assistant
The Audit Assistant will help the Internal Audit Department carry out audits, check the effectiveness of internal controls, and make sure the organization follows its own policies and procedures, as well as the relevant industry regulations.
JOB PURPOSE - Relationship Officer – Credit
The Relationship Officer - Credit will be responsible for checking and reviewing credit applications, along with all related documents and financial information like financial statements, credit reports, and details about collateral.
Their role is to make sure all the files are complete, correct, and ready for a decision, while also following the SACCO lending policies.
JOB PURPOSE - Teller
A teller serves as the first point of contact for the SACCO, responsible for managing cash transactions, assisting members effectively, and following SACCO policies and financial guidelines.
This position is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction, keeping records accurate, protecting the SACCO’s money, and providing top-quality service to members.
