Requirements - Nurse Covering Role
A diploma or degree in nursing is required.
You must have a valid practicing license from the Nursing Council of Kenya (NCK).
At least three years of experience as a Nurse In-Charge or Covering Nurse in a busy hospital setting.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication abilities are essential.
You should be able to work flexible shifts and be available at short notice.
Being immediately available is a plus.
Requirements - Laboratory Manager
A degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences.
A valid KMLTTB practicing license.
Experience in managing a laboratory.
Good leadership and organization abilities.
Familiarity with quality management systems.
Requirements - Credit Controller
You should be skilled in using Microsoft Excel and hospital management systems.
You need to have good analytical and negotiation abilities.
You must have a solid understanding of hospital billing, insurance claims, and debt collection processes.
At least three years of experience in credit control in a hospital environment is required.
A diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is necessary.
Requirements - Critical Care Medical Officer
A Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) degree.
A valid KMPDC practicing license.
At least 3 years of experience in Critical Care or ICU.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
Critical Care certification is required.
Strong teamwork and decision-making abilities.
Requirements - Medical Officer
A degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBChB).
A valid license to practice from the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
At least two years of clinical experience after completing internship.
Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
Strong skills in making clinical decisions and communicating effectively.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy and fast-moving environment.
