Job Specifications & Qualifications - Personal Assistant Vacancy-3 Positions

• Diploma in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a comparable administrative support role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as Google Workspace applications for document management, scheduling, and collaboration.

Job Specifications & Qualifications - Project Architect (Design & Construction)-Nairobi

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized and accredited institution.

• Registration as a licensed Architect will be considered a strong advantage.

• Minimum of five (5) years of proven professional experience in an architectural practice, with demonstrated expertise in managing projects from design development through to construction and completion.

Job Specifications & Qualifications - Assistant Front Office Manager-Nairobi

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role within the hospitality industry, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory or team leadership position.

• Proficiency in the use of Property Management Systems (PMS) and other hospitality management software to support efficient front office operations.

Job Specifications & Qualifications - Hostess (Full-Time) – 2 Positions

• Certificate or Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of two (2) years of proven experience in the hospitality industry or a customer service-focused role.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook for daily administrative and operational tasks.

Job Specifications & Qualifications - Bakery & Pastry Chef

• Diploma or Certificate in Culinary Arts, Pastry Arts, Pastry Production, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.

• Minimum of three (3) years of proven experience in pastry production within a busy hotel environment, serving as a Pastry Demi Chef de Partie (Demi-CDP) or Chef de Partie (CDP), preferably in a high-volume hotel or corporate hospitality setting.

• Sound knowledge and practical application of HACCP principles, food safety regulations, and hygiene standards to ensure consistent quality and compliance.

Job Specifications and Qualifications - Electrical Technician

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent from a recognized institution (e.g, NITA, National Polytechnic, or TIVET etc).

• At least 3 years of experience as an electrician. 

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
