About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Digital & Transformation, the Senior Process Automation Engineer will play a key role in advancing the organization’s digitization strategy. The position will focus on developing intelligent automation solutions, automating workflows, and supporting digital transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business processes. The role will also contribute to the organization’s technical direction and long-term technology decisions while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Develop clean, maintainable, thoroughly tested code in line with industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical leadership on automation initiatives and mentor junior engineers.
Design, build, and deploy scalable full-stack solutions for automation and digitization projects.
Develop and manage RPA solutions using UiPath.

About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Agency Training, the Training Manager – Alternative Channels will oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of training programmes for Bancassurance and Sacco Assurance distribution channels. The role will equip relationship managers, bank employees, and Sacco representatives with the product knowledge, sales skills, technical expertise, and regulatory awareness required to effectively distribute life insurance solutions. Key Responsibilities

About the Role
Reporting to the Assistant Manager – Client Relations, the Assistant Fund Accountant will prepare quarterly management accounts and annual audited financial statements in accordance with service level agreements and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities
Prepare and present pension fund management accounts, budgets, cash flow statements, and annual audited financial statements for trustees in accordance with RBA requirements and IFRS.
Manage an assigned portfolio of investment clients.
Calculate and process quarterly and annual income tax and RBA levy payments to the relevant authorities.
Review and capture monthly information received from fund managers and custodians.
Carry out monthly reconciliation of pension scheme member records.

Key Responsibilities
Technology Procurement & Category Management
Manage and coordinate end-to-end procurement of technology goods and services, including hardware, software, licences, subscriptions, support and maintenance, telecommunications, network services, technology solutions, and professional services.
Develop technology category sourcing strategies and procurement plans aligned with approved budgets, business plans, and the annual Procurement Plan.
Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Execution
Manage sourcing activities from requirement validation and solicitation through evaluation, negotiation, recommendation, approval, award, and contract or LPO issuance.
Apply suitable sourcing methods in accordance with procurement policies, including competitive bidding, framework agreements, OEM or authorized reseller sourcing, and other approved approaches.
Contract, Licence & Renewal Management
