WHAT YOU’LL BRING
Workshop Cleaner
The Workshop Cleaner will be responsible for maintaining clean, orderly, and presentable office and customer-facing areas within the workshop environment. The role requires someone who is reliable, attentive to cleanliness, and able to maintain a consistent standard of hygiene throughout the assigned areas.
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
Prior experience of at least two years in office or commercial cleaning is preferred, although it is not mandatory.
Carry out daily cleaning of office spaces to maintain a clean and comfortable working environment.
Keep the reception area clean, neat, and presentable at all times.
Maintain the customer waiting area to ensure it remains tidy and suitable for visitors.
Clean and maintain restrooms regularly.
Maintain cleanliness in the pantry and staff break areas.
Carry out routine dusting of office spaces and relevant surfaces.
Mop floors and ensure office areas are kept clean.
Dispose of waste appropriately and maintain proper cleanliness within the assigned spaces.
Maintain basic tidiness around front-desk areas.
Ensure documentation areas remain neat and orderly.
The successful candidate should demonstrate consistency in carrying out cleaning duties and should be able to maintain the cleanliness of both staff and customer-facing areas.
Store Person
The Store Person will support the effective management of automotive spare parts within the store or workshop environment. The role requires experience in automotive parts stores or workshops, as well as an understanding of spare parts, stock management, and the requirements of technicians and service advisors.
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
Have at least two years of experience working as a storekeeper in an automotive parts store or workshop.
Possess knowledge of automotive spare parts and their respective part numbers.
Understand the compatibility of automotive parts across different vehicle models.
Manage stock by issuing required parts to technicians.
Track the use of parts to maintain accurate awareness of stock movement.
Monitor stock levels and identify items that need to be reordered before shortages occur.
Proactively identify parts required based on job-card demand rather than waiting for requests.
Support basic billing activities where required.
Handle counter sales for walk-in customers.
Coordinate with service advisors regarding parts and related requirements.
The position requires good awareness of automotive spare parts and the ability to support workshop operations through effective stock management and coordination.
Mechanic – General
The General Mechanic position requires practical automotive experience, with exposure to electrical work, wheel alignment, balancing, and basic bodywork. The successful candidate should be capable of performing hands-on mechanical tasks and using standard workshop equipment appropriately.
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
Hold a Diploma or Certificate in Automobile or Mechanical studies, or possess an equivalent trade certification.
Have at least three years of experience working as an automotive mechanic.
Demonstrate hands-on exposure to electrical, alignment, and basic bodywork tasks.
Carry out basic auto-electrical diagnosis involving batteries, wiring, lights, starter systems, and alternator issues.
Perform wheel alignment and balancing using standard workshop equipment.
Handle basic bodywork fitting involving bumpers, panels, and minor fittings.
The role does not require full denting or painting work.
Use standard diagnostic tools and workshop equipment effectively.
Be physically fit and capable of performing hands-on mechanical work.
The mechanic should have practical workshop experience and be comfortable handling different basic automotive tasks involving mechanical, electrical, alignment, and bodywork requirements.
Buffing & Detailing Technician – Including Car Wash
The Buffing and Detailing Technician will be responsible for vehicle washing, cleaning, polishing, buffing, and detailing activities. The role requires attention to detail and careful handling of vehicles and workshop equipment.
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
At least three years of experience in car detailing, buffing, or car wash is preferred.
Perform exterior vehicle washing using standard workshop equipment.
Carry out interior vehicle cleaning and ensure vehicles are properly detailed.
Perform buffing and polishing activities.
Carry out paint correction for minor scratches and swirl marks.
Undertake interior detailing, including vacuuming.
Clean dashboards and vehicle upholstery.
Have basic knowledge of polish and wax products.
Apply polish and wax products correctly according to their intended use.
Handle vehicles carefully during washing and detailing to avoid causing damage.
The successful candidate should demonstrate care and precision when working on vehicles and should be familiar with the basic processes involved in washing, polishing, buffing, paint correction, and interior detailing.
PPF Technician
The PPF Technician will specialize in the installation of Paint Protection Film. This position requires significant experience in PPF installation, precision, patience, and careful handling of tools and vehicle surfaces.
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
Have at least three years of specific experience in PPF installation.
Accurately cut and apply film to vehicle curves, panels, and edges.
Install PPF while avoiding bubbles and creases.
Understand the different types of PPF, including gloss, matte, and self-healing films.
Demonstrate knowledge of the appropriate handling of different PPF types.
Prepare vehicle surfaces before installation.
Carry out paint correction and cleaning as part of surface preparation.
Demonstrate steady hands and patience when carrying out detailed and time-consuming installation work.
Handle tools such as heat guns and squeegees carefully.
Ensure tools are used without causing damage to the vehicle’s paintwork.
The role requires a high level of precision and attention to detail because PPF installation involves careful application to different vehicle surfaces and edges.
Customer Care Executive
The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for supporting customers, coordinating communication between clients and the service floor, and ensuring that customer concerns are handled effectively. The role requires customer service experience, preferably within an automotive workshop or dealership service centre.
Key requirements and responsibilities include:
Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Business Administration, Front Office Management, Public Relations, Hospitality, Sales, or a related field.
Have at least three years of customer service experience.
Experience within an automotive workshop or dealership service centre is preferred.
Possess a working understanding of vehicle servicing terminology.
Understand job-card processes.
Coordinate effectively between customers and the service floor.
Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the relevant service processes.
Handle customer complaints professionally.
Follow up on customer concerns and ensure appropriate communication.
Be comfortable using basic software and DMS tools.
Demonstrate good communication skills in both Kiswahili and English.
Maintain positive and professional interactions with customers.
The Customer Care Executive should be able to communicate effectively with clients, understand basic automotive service terminology, and coordinate customer requirements with the service team.
