Job Purpose
The Business Analyst will support Assistant Relationship Managers (ARMs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) within their respective teams and regions in managing a strong portfolio of clients while ensuring compliance with the Bank’s policies, including Shariah requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Education, Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business from an accredited university, preferably with a specialization in Finance, Marketing, or Economics.
A professional qualification such as CPA will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Practical experience managing a client portfolio and evaluating business proposals.

Job Purpose
The role is responsible for independently reviewing and analysing credit applications and preparing concise analysis summaries for credit reviews that fall outside the delegated approval authority.
Knowledge, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical, business-related, or comparable discipline.
MBA or MSc in a business-related field will be an added advantage.
CPA, CFA, or another relevant professional qualification.
At least 5 years of experience in a financing-related function.
High level of computer proficiency, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
Practical experience conducting credit assessments, including complex credit transactions and structuring.
Knowledge of relevant Shariah policies and processes.
Comprehensive understanding of credit analysis, credit-related risks, and the characteristics of different economic sectors.
Good knowledge of financial products.

Familiarity with applicable banking policies, including KYC and AML requirements.
Retail Schemes Officer, Coast

Job Purpose
The Retail Schemes Officer will manage relationships with retail scheme customers, including companies, institutions, and individual clients, while ensuring the scheme portfolio remains healthy and within acceptable PAR levels. This involves continuously monitoring the scheme facility portfolio for early signs of distress, engaging scheme companies and customers proactively to encourage timely repayments, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders to maintain a quality facility book.
