QA Engineer Intern
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
Applications are welcome from recent graduates as well as final-year university or college students.
Basic knowledge of software testing principles, quality assurance processes, and Agile or Scrum development methodologies.
Familiarity with testing web-based and mobile applications will be considered an added advantage.
Exposure to tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Freshdesk, Postman, or similar project management and testing platforms is desirable.
Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
High level of attention to detail with a genuine interest in learning about fintech products, APIs, and digital lending solutions.
Previous internship experience, academic projects, or practical exposure to software testing is beneficial but not essential.
People and Culture Coordinator
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Three to five years of experience in Human Resources Operations or People and Culture functions.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Human Resources, Legal, and Finance departments.
Business Development Associate (BDA)
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
At least three years of experience in business development, sales, strategic partnerships, or client relationship management within the fintech, credit, or financial services sector.
Credit Operations & Recoveries Lead – Consultant
Key Responsibilities
Review, improve, and document credit and collections procedures to promote consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency.
Implement recommendations arising from operational gap assessments to strengthen portfolio performance and credit quality.
Work closely with Product, Technology, and Data teams by providing structured feedback aimed at enhancing operational processes, customer experience, and repayment outcomes.
Ensure all credit and collections activities comply with Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) regulations under the Digital Credit Provider (DCP) framework, as well as applicable data protection laws.
Evaluate and improve collections dashboards to enhance reporting accuracy, usability, and decision-making.
Ensure collections processes remain aligned with internal credit policies, regulatory standards, and organizational objectives.
Partnerships & Projects Coordinator
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing Operations, or a related field.
A minimum of three years' experience in business-to-business (B2B) business development, partnership management, or project coordination.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Previous experience in the fintech or East African banking sector will be considered an added advantage.
Ability to work independently while effectively managing diverse responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working within a rapidly growing startup and adapting to evolving business needs.
