Diploma or bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or another related discipline.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of three to five years of experience in aftermarket sales, preferably within the heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining, or industrial equipment sectors.
Demonstrated success in marketing and selling spare parts, attachments, wear parts, or other aftermarket solutions for construction or industrial equipment.
Sound technical knowledge of heavy machinery, including excavators, wheel loaders, hydraulic attachments, and their applications.
Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets while identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and customer relationship management skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Competent in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned sales territory.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

CPA Part II, ACCA, or ongoing professional accounting certification will be considered an added advantage.
Two to four years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or general accounting functions.
