ROLE EXPECTATIONS

Successful candidates will be expected to deliver engaging lessons, support learner development and contribute positively to the wider school community. Teachers should be able to create an inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation, curiosity and academic progress.

Depending on the assigned subject or year group, responsibilities will include lesson preparation and delivery, classroom management, learner assessment, communication with colleagues and supporting students in achieving their learning objectives.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s degree in Education with appropriate specialization for the subject or teaching area.

• A minimum of five years of teaching experience within a Cambridge International Curriculum environment.

• Demonstrated ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, together with good interpersonal abilities.

• Commitment to learner-focused teaching approaches and the individual development of students.

• A genuine interest in continuous professional learning and improving teaching practice.
