JOB PURPOSE

The Sales Representative will be responsible for introducing and selling consumer banking products to potential customers.
The main responsibilities include driving business growth and development, finding new sales opportunities, and helping to create and carry out sales and marketing plans by providing excellent customer service to build lasting, profitable customer relationships.

We are looking to place successful applicants in the following locations: Nairobi, Mombasa, Kilifi, Kwale, Nakuru, Kericho, Narok, Kisii, and Kitale.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required for this Role:

A strong understanding and ability to interpret financial information.

Familiarity with the Bank’s products and services.

Good knowledge of banking industry trends, regulations, bank processes, and standard operating procedures.

Sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial sector.

Education:

A minimum of a Certificate with at least 3 years of sales experience in banking, or a Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of sales experience in banking.

Entrepreneurial spirit and business sense.

Excellent networking abilities.

Good planning and organizing skills.
