Mission Description
Track and send out transporter invoices.
Receipt and Tracking Invoices
Receive invoices from suppliers at the front desk.
Sort and confirm all received invoices via email.
Check that each invoice has all the necessary details, such as tax receipt, buyer’s PIN, and LPO with the current date.
Ensure all invoices have the required supporting documents attached, like LPO, contract, and delivery note.
Within 24 hours of receiving an invoice, make sure it is tracked.
Tracking Reports
Prepare and send a daily tracking report every day.
Make sure the daily report includes only the invoices tracked that day.
Confirm that all sent invoices have been properly tracked.
Ensure the tracking is directed to the correct department.
Prepare a weekly tracking report and share it at the start of each week.
Business Degree
Hold a degree in Business.
CPA (K), ACCA, CFA, or equivalent qualification is required.
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
