Responsibilities
Visit customers before disbursing funds to check their information and business details.

Make sure all documents are complete and ready for the disbursement process.

Be the main person to talk to clients after they receive the funds.

Follow up on loan repayments, manage overdue payments, and ensure timely collections.

Keep customers interested and prevent them from leaving by identifying risks early.

Encourage customers to renew loans, add more funds, and try other products from Avenews.

Keep an eye on how customers are using funds, repaying loans, and their overall behavior to plan better actions.

Create clear reports about the loan portfolio’s status, any risks, and how satisfied customers are.


Requirements
Hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Agribusiness, or a related field.

Have at least two years of experience in account management, credit operations, or SME financing.

Understand credit procedures and the regulations set by the Central Bank of Kenya.

Have a successful track record in managing client relationships and handling collections.

Possess strong communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
