Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records using Tally ERP.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
Review general ledger accounts to verify the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial data.
Perform routine reconciliations for bank accounts, supplier accounts, customer accounts, and other balance sheet items.
Prepare, review, and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustment entries within the accounting system.
Support internal and external audit processes by compiling financial records and providing required documentation.
Ensure timely compliance with statutory and tax obligations, including the preparation and submission of relevant tax returns and statutory remittances.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve accounting discrepancies or variances promptly.
Assist in month-end and year-end financial close activities to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Maintain well-organized financial records and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Perform any other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
CPA (K) qualification or active progression toward professional certification will be an added advantage.
Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years of relevant accounting experience, including hands-on use of Tally ERP.
Strong understanding of accounting standards, financial reporting practices, and Kenyan tax and statutory compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
