The Finance Manager is responsible for leading the organization's financial operations by ensuring effective financial planning, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and efficient management of financial resources. The successful candidate will oversee accounting operations, budgeting, payroll, procurement oversight, cash flow management, and financial reporting while supervising the finance team. Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Budget Management
The Finance Manager will lead the organization's financial planning process to ensure effective use of financial resources.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the preparation of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
Developing financial forecasts and long-term financial plans.
Monitoring budget implementation throughout the financial year.
Conducting budget variance analysis and identifying areas requiring corrective action.

Professional Qualifications
Applicants should possess at least one of the following professional qualifications:
CPA.
ACCA.
CA.
Or another recognized accounting qualification.
Membership in a professional accounting body will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
A minimum of three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.
Experience supervising finance or accounting teams.
Previous experience in the education or non-profit sector will be an added advantage.
Experience working in an international school environment will be highly desirable.
Practical experience in budgeting, payroll, taxation, financial reporting, and compliance.
