Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily accounting tasks such as handling payments from customers, payments to suppliers, and recording all financial transactions in the general ledger.

Keep all financial records accurate and up to date, following accounting standards and company rules.

Create monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to give a clear picture of the company's financial health.

Help with planning the budget, making financial predictions, and managing the company's cash flow.

Make sure all bank accounts are properly reconciled on time and that all financial transactions are well documented.

Follow Kenyan tax laws and complete necessary filings like VAT, PAYE, and corporate tax.

Work with outside auditors and help them during the audit process.

Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to help make informed business decisions.

Keep all financial and legal documents organized and properly stored.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
At least 3 to 5 years of experience in financial management, with experience in leasing, banking, and insurance
Good knowledge of vehicle leasing models, financial reporting, and credit risk analysis
Proven experience in managing banking relationships and negotiating with financial institutions
Solid understanding of insurance procedures and the ability to negotiate with insurance companies
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
Knowledge of Kenyan financial regulations and leasing laws
