The Sisu Hotel Limited is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounting Officer to join their finance team.
This position is perfect for someone who has strong accounting knowledge, pays close attention to detail, and can support daily financial tasks, keep records accurate, process transactions, and ensure proper financial controls within the hotel.


Key Responsibilities:
- Keep accurate daily accounting records and financial transactions.

- Prepare payment vouchers, invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.

- Do daily cash, bank, and account reconciliations.

- Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable records.

- Follow up on unpaid customer balances and help with timely collections.

- Process payments to suppliers and maintain accurate supplier records.

- Help with payroll preparation and meet statutory compliance requirements.

- Support stock reconciliation and cost control processes.

- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting activities.

- Keep accounting documents properly filed and organized.

- Work closely with management to follow financial policies and procedures.


Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CPA Part II or higher is a plus.

- Proven experience in accounting or finance operations, ideally in the hospitality industry.

- Good knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with little supervision.
