We are recruiting on behalf of our client in the cereals distribution and FMCG industry for an experienced, analytical, and detail-focused Accountant to oversee finance operations and provide strategic financial support through accurate reporting, compliance management, and effective operational finance practices.

The ideal candidate should possess solid experience in FMCG accounting, along with hands-on proficiency in the use of Odoo ERP for financial reporting, reconciliations, inventory accounting, and day-to-day finance operations.

The selected candidate will be instrumental in maintaining financial integrity, strengthening internal controls, ensuring statutory compliance, and supporting profitability and performance analysis in a dynamic FMCG business environment.

Mandatory Requirement

• Demonstrated hands-on experience and strong working knowledge of the Odoo Accounting System is essential.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• CPA (K) certification or CPA finalist status will be an added advantage.

• At least three years of experience working within an FMCG environment is mandatory.

• Sound understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and relevant accounting standards.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting capabilities.

• High degree of integrity, precision, and keen attention to detail.
