Executive Assistant – Business and Channels
An organization is looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Director of Business and Channels. The role focuses on executive coordination, business reporting, communication, and administrative support to help ensure regional operations and business priorities run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, correspondence, and follow-up activities. They will also coordinate communication with regional managers, branch teams, and Head Office, track outstanding tasks, and organize business travel and branch visits.
Other responsibilities include maintaining performance dashboards, preparing reports and presentations, organizing meetings and departmental events, documenting decisions, and monitoring agreed action points until completion.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, or a related field. At least three years of relevant experience is required, preferably in executive or senior management support.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is essential, alongside strong communication, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
