Job Purpose:
To help the Events and Bookings Unit by doing administrative tasks, organizing event bookings, managing email communications, and making sure information flows smoothly between clients and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take in and record requests for events and catering.
- Keep the events and bookings calendar up-to-date.
- Read, check, and reply to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Share clear and accurate information from the relevant departments.
- Help prepare event documents and communicate with clients.
- Work with the operations team to support event planning and execution.
- Keep proper records and organize event and client details.
- Follow up on booking confirmations and client inquiries.
Requirements:
- A diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally in the hospitality or catering sector.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Ability to read, understand, and respond to emails professionally.
- Ability to provide clear and accurate information.
- Good organizational and administrative abilities.
