Academic Qualifications and Experience
A diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resource Management, Procurement, Secretarial Studies, or a related discipline is required.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative support position is necessary.
The candidate should have experience in office administration, procurement support, records management, and general office operations.
Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, is essential.
The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism is important.
Experience in a fast-paced office environment where managing multiple tasks and priorities is common is preferred.
Knowledge of procurement procedures, inventory management, and familiarity with statutory compliance requirements such as permits and license renewals will be considered an added advantage.
