Position Overview
We are looking for an ambitious early-career sales professional with strong technical and proposal development capabilities to join our team as a Sales & Technical Proposal Representative. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with one to two years of relevant experience and a proven ability to prepare accurate, competitive, and high-quality proposals for clients within sectors such as Oil & Gas, international development agencies, NGOs, United Nations organizations, and other donor-funded institutions.
The successful candidate will manage the complete proposal lifecycle, including tender review, requirements analysis, proposal preparation, coordination of supporting documentation, and final submission. The role requires a detail-oriented individual who can balance commercial objectives with technical accuracy while consistently reflecting the organization's values and service standards.
