Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of four years’ experience in architecture and interior design, particularly within design-build settings.
Possession of an architectural license or membership in a professional body is considered an advantage.
Skilled in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, ArchiCAD, 3D visualization software, Microsoft Office, and project management applications.
Familiarity with building regulations, design guidelines, and compliance requirements.

Strong sense of aesthetics with keen attention to detail
Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Effective verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Strong organizational, project coordination, and time-management abilities
