Quality Assurance and Production Monitoring

Coordinate garment fitting sessions, pre-production approvals, and pre-production meetings to ensure production readiness.
Perform inline and final quality inspections to verify compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
Monitor work-in-progress (WIP) during production, identify potential issues, and communicate challenges promptly to regional quality teams.
Prepare and submit inspection reports for each production order to the head office.
Inspect packaging materials, product labeling, stickers, and overall packaging quality before shipment.
Produce and distribute daily quality inspection reports highlighting findings, corrective actions, and production status.
Maintain accurate records of production progress and work-in-progress tracking.

Applicants should possess:

A bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, Apparel Manufacturing, Fashion Design, or another related discipline.
Proven professional experience in quality assurance or quality control within the textile or garment manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric types, trims, printing methods, and apparel production processes.
Familiarity with current quality assurance and quality control principles, standards, and industry best practices.
Excellent analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting production deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as Adobe software and other relevant digital tools.
Creative thinking and sound technical knowledge in evaluating garment quality and manufacturing processes.
