Qualifications and Experience

Certificate, Diploma, or formal training in Baking, Pastry Arts, Food Production, or a related culinary discipline from a recognized institution.
A minimum of two years of practical experience in a commercial bakery, pastry kitchen, food manufacturing facility, or similar high-volume production environment.
Strong understanding of baking principles, ingredient functionality, recipe execution, and food preparation techniques.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and quality control standards applicable to bakery operations.
Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, and handling bakery equipment and production machinery.
Ability to consistently produce baked products that meet established quality, presentation, and production standards.
Flexibility to work varying schedules, including early morning shifts, weekends, and public holidays, based on operational requirements.
Strong attention to detail, time-management skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
