Job Description
To handle requests from Personal Banking clients regarding various banking services such as loans, transactions, investments, and account management (like opening accounts, getting statements, setting up debit orders, etc.).
You will need to understand the client's needs accurately and respond to them in one go, ensuring consistency with the client's expectations, the products offered, and legal requirements such as those set by the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) and the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA).

Qualifications
Type of Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience Required
3 to 4 years of experience
Experience working in a branch banking or call center environment with a solid understanding of bank processes, policies, and products
Experience in sales within the banking industry or related sectors such as Insurance, SACCOs, and other financial services organizations
