The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Opening and closing the coffee shop, making sure all equipment and workstations are properly set up, cleaned, and ready for use.
- Making and serving various hot and cold drinks, including specialty coffee, following set quality standards and considering what customers like.
- Keeping the taste, temperature, quality, and look of all drinks consistent by following approved recipes and techniques.
- Suggesting drinks and menu items that match what customers want, helping to create a great experience and boost sales.
- Offering excellent customer service by greeting people, taking orders, answering questions, and suggesting items based on what they like.
- Handling customer problems, complaints, and feedback in a polite and professional way, and letting the supervisor know about more serious issues if needed.

Minimum Academic Requirements:

- A certificate in hospitality management, barista training, event management, food and beverage service, or a similar field.

Experience:

- At least two years of experience in a similar role.
