You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing and Brand Managers, and collaborate with our external agency partners.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of experience in PR, communications, and digital, with a background in FMCG or consumer brands being a definite advantage.
A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is required.

You should have a good understanding of the East African media landscape and digital platforms.
You should be comfortable working with Creative, Digital, and PR agencies, including briefing, reviewing, and providing feedback.
Strong organisational skills are essential—you need to manage multiple projects without missing anything
Experience with media monitoring tools is a must.
Familiarity with platforms like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or social scheduling tools is also important.
YOU'LL THRIVE IF:
You're a natural communicator who takes pride in getting the words just right.
You stay updated with the news, are active on social media, and notice when brands communicate well or poorly.
You can work independently but are also a team player—you ask questions, accept feedback kindly, and come up with new ideas.
You're reliable and can handle a fast-paced environment without getting stressed.
You understand that in our business, reputation and relationships are key.
