Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
At least two years of experience in a telesales position, with prior exposure to the microfinance sector being an added advantage.
Diploma or bachelor's degree from a recognized and accredited institution.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, email applications, and internet usage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and best practices in customer relationship management.
