Position Overview
The Cashier / M-Pesa Attendant will be responsible for handling customer payments and mobile money transactions accurately while providing courteous service in a busy pharmacy environment. The successful candidate should be dependable, comfortable working with customers and capable of maintaining accuracy during high-volume periods.
Minimum Requirements
KCSE certificate with a minimum grade of C Plain.
At least two years of relevant experience working in a busy pharmacy environment.
Valid Certificate of Good Conduct.
Strong verbal communication and customer-service skills.
Basic computer literacy and the ability to use standard computer applications.
Good attention to detail when handling cash, mobile-money transactions and customer records.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
