Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Chef de Cuisine located in Mombasa County, Kenya.
The Chef de Cuisine will be in charge of managing all kitchen activities, which includes creating menus, preparing and presenting food.On a daily basis, the role involves working closely with kitchen team members to ensure that the food quality remains consistent, handling inventory and supplies, and keeping the kitchen clean and safe.The Chef de Cuisine will also be tasked with developing new dishes and making sure that customers are happy with their meals.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in seafood and Mediterranean cuisines.
They must be able to work in a "a la carte" style at the hot kitchen.Proficiency in planning menus and presenting food attractively is required.Knowledge of managing inventory and following kitchen safety standards is essential.Strong communication and people skills are a must.The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is necessary.A culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
