Must be a Kenyan citizen.
Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
Good computer literacy relevant to kitchen operations and hospitality environments.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A minimum of two years of practical experience working in a professional kitchen, with sound knowledge and hands-on experience in sushi preparation and presentation.
Strong understanding of food safety regulations, kitchen hygiene standards, and quality control practices.
Excellent organizational, time management, and teamwork skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
