Job Purpose
The Clinical Officer will report to the Deputy Director, Human Resource Management and will be responsible for providing clinical services on a need basis to employees of the Institute and their families, with the aim of promoting and maintaining a healthy workforce.
Person Specifications
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Minimum KCSE grade of C+ (Plus) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Registration with the Clinical Officers Council of Kenya (COC).
A valid practicing license issued by the Clinical Officers Council.
Certificate in Computer Applications.
Fulfilled the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya.

Good leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Terms of Engagement
Contractual appointment.
Remuneration
