Role Overview

The Subagent position offers a flexible opportunity to earn commissions by referring prospective students interested in overseas employment training programs. The role does not require office attendance, financial investment, or adherence to sales quotas. Successful candidates will leverage their personal and professional networks to identify and connect interested individuals with the college.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the college's training programs through personal networks, community groups, social media platforms, WhatsApp groups, churches, cyber cafés, and other relevant channels.

• Engage with prospective students and parents, providing information about available courses, tuition fees, and potential employment opportunities after training.

• Direct interested candidates to the college admissions team through the designated WhatsApp contact, ensuring they include the assigned agent code and preferred course.

• Maintain communication with prospective students and encourage them through the enrollment process until they make their initial payment.

Services Provided by the College

The institution will be responsible for:

• Delivery of training programs and examinations.

• Issuance of TVET-recognized certificates upon successful completion.

• Guidance on visa processing and documentation requirements.

• Employment placement support for opportunities in the Middle East, Dubai, and Saudi Arabia.

• Management of admissions procedures and all related administrative processes.

Earnings and Commission Structure

• A commission of KES 5,000 will be paid for each student who successfully enrolls and pays the first installment of tuition fees.

• Payments will be made via M-PESA within 48 hours of the qualifying payment being received.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals that can be made, providing unlimited earning potential.

• No minimum referral targets, quotas, or penalties apply.
