Position Summary

The Due Diligence and Compliance Specialist works closely with the Senior Due Diligence Specialist as part of a collaborative team that also includes Product and Client Success Specialists. The role is responsible for conducting due diligence reviews, supporting compliance processes, maintaining accurate records, and delivering high-quality service to donor and charity partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting initial assessments and periodic renewal reviews for charities applying to participate in Charity Funds.

• Evaluate charity applications to ensure all required documentation is complete and complies with applicable regulatory and organizational standards.

• Deliver responsive and professional support to donors and charitable organizations through effective communication and relationship management.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and cross-training initiatives within the Giver Services team to promote operational efficiency.

• Maintain accurate, well-organized records and ensure databases and information management systems are kept current and up to date.

• Support ongoing due diligence and compliance activities to strengthen risk management and uphold organizational policies.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should possess:

• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• A mature Christian faith with a demonstrated commitment to the organization's mission and values.

• Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and collaborating with geographically dispersed or virtual teams.

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

• Cultural awareness and the ability to engage respectfully and effectively with donors and partners from different regions and backgrounds.

• Previous experience in a similar due diligence, compliance, client service, or administrative role will be considered an added advantage.
