Digital Marketing & Furniture Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative, energetic and results-oriented professional to manage the showroom’s online presence while supporting furniture sales.

The successful candidate will combine digital content creation with customer-facing sales responsibilities. They will create engaging photo and video content for social media, interact with potential customers online, welcome showroom visitors, manage digital enquiries and convert leads into furniture purchases.

The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in interior aesthetics, confidence in front of the camera and the ability to use digital engagement to attract customers and generate sales.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing and Content Creation

• Manage and grow the showroom’s presence across social media platforms.

• Create engaging videos and photographs that showcase furniture and the showroom.

• Develop content that reflects the brand’s style and appeals to potential customers.

• Present products confidently and creatively on camera.

• Engage with audiences and respond to enquiries generated through social media.

• Use online engagement to encourage customers to visit the showroom and make purchases.

Sales and Customer Service

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.

• Handle leads and enquiries received through digital channels.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products.

• Follow up with prospective customers and guide them through the purchasing process.

• Convert qualified leads into completed furniture sales.

• Provide a professional and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• Strong interest in furniture, interior design and visual presentation.

• Creative approach to social media content.

• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to engage potential customers and follow up on leads.
