Job Summary
A well-established three-star restaurant located in Nakuru CBD is seeking a skilled, experienced, and passionate Cook to join its culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring consistency in food preparation and presentation across Indian, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.

Key Responsibilities
1. Food Preparation and Cooking
The Cook will be responsible for preparing a wide variety of dishes while maintaining the restaurant's quality standards.
Key duties include:
Preparing and cooking Indian, Chinese, and Continental dishes according to established recipes and standards.
Ensuring all meals are prepared using fresh and quality ingredients.
Following cooking procedures and presentation guidelines consistently.
Monitoring food quality throughout the preparation and cooking process.
Ensuring dishes are served with the correct portions and presentation.
Preparing ingredients in advance to support efficient kitchen operations.
Assisting in menu preparation and daily food production activities.
