Minimum Qualifications
Diploma in Food and Beverage or Catering and Accommodation from a recognized institution.
Must have a valid Food Handlers Medical Certificate.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals according to the required standards.
Maintain high levels of kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety.
Ensure kitchen equipment and food supplies are properly used, stored, and maintained.
Assist with menu planning and portion control.
Help minimize food waste through proper planning and handling of ingredients.
