Position Overview
A leading Level 4 multi-specialty healthcare facility in Laikipia County is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Executive to deliver exceptional patient and visitor support. The role focuses on ensuring a positive customer experience by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a professional, empathetic, and customer-focused manner, while upholding the organization's commitment to quality service, efficiency, professionalism, and compassionate care.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Receive and assist patients, visitors, and other stakeholders in a welcoming and professional manner, providing guidance and relevant information as needed.
Address patient inquiries, concerns, complaints, and feedback promptly while ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
Provide clear explanations regarding hospital services, procedures, appointment processes, and expected waiting times.
Manage telephone calls, email correspondence, and in-person inquiries efficiently and courteously.
Gather and document patient feedback to support continuous improvement of service delivery and patient satisfaction.
Facilitate effective communication between patients and various hospital departments to ensure seamless coordination of services.
Adhere to organizational policies, customer service guidelines, and health and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Customer Service, Communication, Public Relations, or a related discipline.
Prior experience in customer service, reception, or patient relations within a healthcare environment will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with hospital management or information systems.
Professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and a customer-focused attitude.
