What You’ll Be Doing

The Customer Support Agent will help customers use the company’s product effectively by responding to their questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring they receive a positive experience across different communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries and provide assistance throughout their interaction with the product.

• Handle customer requests through the available communication and engagement channels.

• Work a flexible schedule based on customer support and business requirements.

• Help customers understand the value and features of the product through quality service.

• Investigate customer complaints and concerns and identify ways to improve their overall experience.

• Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about existing and newly introduced products.

• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback on how customers perceive the brand.

• Record and communicate relevant customer feedback to support improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of college-level education.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Swahili.

• Knowledge of additional local languages is an added advantage.

• Previous experience in customer support or a related role.

• Ability to remain effective in a demanding environment and work with limited supervision.

• Genuine interest in assisting customers and delivering high-quality service.

• Ability to work independently while handling pressure effectively.

• Strong interpersonal and people skills.

• Quick to learn new products, processes, and systems.

• Interest in sports is an advantage.

• Knowledge of football betting is an added advantage.
