Position Overview
The Customer Experience Representative is a front-line job that focuses on providing excellent service to both new and current clients.
The goal is to make sure their experience with Kenya Homes Properties Ltd is smooth, positive, and satisfying.

This role includes answering client questions, helping the sales team by keeping potential clients interested and following up with them, and building strong relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and recommendations.


The representative will report to the Sales Manager and will help improve client satisfaction, which is important for the company’s growth in a competitive real estate market.


The best person for this job is someone who is active, caring, and enjoys helping people.
They should also have a genuine interest in real estate.

Experience
You should have at least two years of experience in customer service or working directly with clients, ideally in real estate, property sales, or a similar field.


Having experience with CRM systems or customer management tools is a bonus.


You should also have a basic understanding of the real estate market in Kenya.


Skills and Competencies
Customer Service Excellence: You must have a track record of providing top-quality service, showing empathy, patience, and professionalism.


Communication: You need strong speaking and writing skills to talk to clients, explain complicated information clearly, and write accurate reports.


Technology: You should be skilled in using Microsoft Office Suite (like Word and Excel) and be familiar with CRM systems (like Salesforce or HubSpot) or social media platforms.
