Data Entry & Logistics Assistant
A detail-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys keeping information accurate, records organized, and day-to-day logistics moving on schedule.
This position combines data management with administrative and logistics support. You’ll be responsible for maintaining company information, coordinating deliveries and collections, keeping inventory records current, and making sure the documentation behind operational activities is properly handled.
Where you’ll contribute
Information and records
Enter, update, and maintain information in company systems with accuracy.
Check submitted data for completeness and correctness before recording it.
Organize and maintain logistics and operational records.
File company documents appropriately and ensure records remain securely stored.
Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports when required.
Logistics coordination
Coordinate deliveries, dispatches, and collections with suppliers and transport providers.
Follow shipments and communicate progress or delays to internal teams and clients.
Prepare delivery notes, invoices, and other documentation associated with logistics activities.
Monitor the movement of inventory and keep stock records up to date.
Assist with stock reconciliations and inventory audits.
The role may also include other administrative and logistics responsibilities assigned as part of the job.
What you’ll need
The position requires a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or another related field.
You should also have:
1–2 years of experience in data entry, logistics, administration, or a comparable position.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with an ERP platform or inventory management software is an added advantage.
A strong eye for detail and a consistent approach to accuracy.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to remain productive under pressure and work within deadlines.
