Responsibilities
Track and follow up on overdue customer accounts to support timely debt recovery.
Implement collection activities in line with the company's PAYGO credit management procedures.
Engage with customers to agree on suitable repayment arrangements and payment schedules.
Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and account disputes professionally and efficiently.
Work closely with the sales and technical teams to resolve account issues and escalate technical challenges where necessary.
Support efforts aimed at improving repayment performance and maintaining healthy customer account status.
Skills & Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Credit Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Basic understanding of mobile money systems and PAYGO repayment models will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and emotional intelligence in handling clients.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet targets with minimal supervision.
Strong attention to detail with good record-keeping and reporting skills.
A proactive, resilient, and team-oriented mindset.
