Responsibilities

Lead the digital product roadmap for Android applications, web platforms and payment experiences, with responsibility for the commercial performance they generate.
Develop and manage the complete digital lending journey, covering the process from application and approval through disbursement and final repayment.
Build and maintain product analytics, including event tracking, funnel reporting and A/B testing capabilities.
Create and embed a structured experimentation process based on forming hypotheses, testing ideas, measuring results, learning from outcomes, scaling successful changes and applying them across Commercial, Risk and Operations.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience in digital product management or a related product role, with experience delivering high-volume consumer products in financial services, payments or e-commerce.
Demonstrated experience taking full ownership of customer-facing digital products and achieving measurable commercial outcomes.
Strong knowledge of product analytics and conversion rate optimization (CRO), including event definition, funnel analysis and independently conducting A/B tests.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience coordinating commercial, technical and operational teams to achieve results.
